A package arrived today for my six-year-old daughter, from Jennifer Ramos of Textile Fetish.  My daughter wasn't sure what was inside, although I knew what it was.  As she opened it and saw what it was, she said, "Mommy!  It's that skirt that we saw!  She sent it!" 

She immediately changed into the new skirt and declared that this is what she would wear for the first day of school come fall.

The skirt is beautiful, with wonderful attention to detail, including what look like mother of pearl snaps and decorative stitching around the waist.  The print along the bottom is a rich brown floral.  The denim is soft but I'm sure it will wear well and is great for an active little girl who can't wait to swing and play on the monkey bars.
