Welcome to DivaTribe

A diva accepts herself as she is right now and strives to be even better.
She doesn't change who she is to fit someone else's idea of what she ought to be.
She reaches for her own ideal sense of whom she wants to be.
She's strong; she's courageous; she's creative.

Written by Jennifer Thompson
Stephanie Marston's 30 Days to Sanity is an audio program plus 100+ page workbook, and it lives up to its tagline - Create a Life You Love - if you are willing to do the work.  Like many self-help programs, it is most effective when it finds a willing participant.  If you have been wanting to create more satisfaction in your life and ease the daily stress you feel, then this may be just the tool you have been looking for.

Because it is an audio program, it has a personal touch that is sometimes lacking in books.  You hear Stephanie's warmth and encouragement in her 6+ hours of audio, either by downloading the MP3 version or ordering the CD version.  The accompanying workbook blends nicely with the audio component and provides plenty of space for writing out reflections and answers to the various questions and exercises Stephanie presents throughout her course.  It is the next best thing to attending 6 weeks' worth of one-hour workshops, particularly if you can carve out an hour or so a week to sit down quietly, listen to that week's topic and then devote time throughout the following week to put it all into action, listening again to one sanity saver per day.

The 30 days are outlined as 30 "sanity savers" and are divided up into six sections: Take Back Your Life; Practice Self-Nurturing; Discover Greater Authenticity; Cultivate Your Inner Resources; Reclaim Your Power; and Get Physical.   Sanity Savers include Get Your Priorities Straight, Get to Know the Real You, Use Your Life as Your Teacher, and Practice Forgiveness.

Being able to listen to the program means you can fit this into your life in ways that are impossible when it comes to reading a self-help book   You can take it with you; you can listen while cleaning up at night; you can go back and listen to something again while writing down thoughts in your workbook.  I have it downloaded on my computer and listen to it via iTunes.  I could easily transfer it to my iPod and take it with me to listen to while waiting for my daughter at ballet, for example.
