Welcome to DivaTribe

A diva accepts herself as she is right now and strives to be even better.
She doesn't change who she is to fit someone else's idea of what she ought to be.
She reaches for her own ideal sense of whom she wants to be.
She's strong; she's courageous; she's creative.

By Loral Langemeier

Thankfully Loral Langemeier‘s The Millionaire Maker doesn’t fall into the category of “get rich quick schemes”.  Using a series of examples of real world people, Ms. Langemeier rapidly diagnoses their true financial situations and maps out the key elements for long term wealth generation and preservation.   This is a book for rational, brave individuals with a real desire to chart their own financial destiny in a highly competitive world.

The attractiveness of Ms. Langemeier’s approach is its honesty and simplicity.  Unlike so many others she does not promise instant riches or focus strictly on wealth generation.  Instead, she methodically takes the reader through straightforward analyses using a multi-step process designed to use an individual’s talents, skills and expertise to create self-directed businesses and sustainable wealth.  The material is laid out in easily understood terms.  Through her examples, she applies the critical aspects of financial analyses, development of a personal vision and plans for business development, the mechanics and legal aspects of setting up and running your own businesses, and the key of elements of wealth accounts, cash machines and debt management.

The level of presentation is geared to those of us who are not well versed in the topics of wealth generation or business development: it is not so high level that it seems bewilderingly obscure, nor is it so far down in the weeds that the reader loses focus on the objectives after reading only 2 or 3 paragraphs.  This is an approach to obtaining wealth for those who are not afraid to work smart, work hard, take calculated risks that are backed up by well thought out strategies and plans, and who are willing to follow the carefully considered advice of a team of experts.

Ms. Langemeier doesn’t guarantee outrageous financial success for everyone who uses her methods.  Her perspective is that of a real world business person who has experienced great success and made a few miscalculations along the way - like all of us do from time to time.  Her refreshing approach to demystifying the path to long term wealth, and her emphasis on the requisite personal responsibilities each individual must undertake, provides the reader with a simple means to accurately judge his or her gut-level willingness to do the hard work to be successful in business.  If you have a real interest in setting up and running successful businesses and creating a wealth-generating legacy for future generations, this book will provide a good foundation.  Reading does not guarantee that you will become the next Donald Trump, but you will have a much better understanding of what it takes to get there.
