A few weeks back, I had a bad razor blade. It was dull from the get-go. In the past, I would have tossed it and been annoyed, but done nothing about it. This time around, however, I decided to write the company and let them know about it. I did, and they replied. Included with their reply was a $10 coupon for my next purchase. I was so pleased! I\'ve been using this razor brand for years, and it\'s the first time I\'ve ever had a problem. By sending me that coupon, they kept my business for quite a long time more, I\'m sure. Pretty cool.   thumbs up

Thats awesome.  Sometimes it seems like too much to write the company when you\'re not happy but for the most part, they will do anything to keep your business.  And lets not underestimate how PRICELESS a good shave is!

Good for you, Jen!  I did something similar once at Starbucks; I\'m so used to good service there that when I experienced something negative I wrote a comment card.  They sent me a letter of apology and a coupon.

I\'ll have to remember that.  By and large I get good service and products at Starbucks, although it\'s nothing like it used to be, way back when the company was younger.  Remember when they didn\'t offer as many choices, and never wrote anything down on the cups?   shocked That was pretty cool - they knew what the orders were based on how the cup was set down or something.  I\'m remembering this from 1994 or thereabouts.   :o
