Just curious.  Though their prices aren't always the best, I've really been saving a bunch there lately.  This week I spent $185 on groceries and saved $146 on that same trip.   Another day I spent $30 and saved $24.

For about 2 years now, I've been paying really close attention to their newspaper inserts available at the front of the store each time I shop there.  On Wednesdays they issue a new one.  They ALWAYS have buy 1 get 1 free, buy 1 get 2 free, buy 2 get 3 free type deals going.

Last week they had 2lb bags of frozen large shrimp (normally about $20/bag) on sale - buy 1 get 2 free.  I got 6 bags because we're having friends over to our pool for Labor Day.  They also had buy 2 Pepsi product 12 packs and get 3 12 packs free.

I watch for staple items like toilet paper, light bulbs, etc. to go on sale buy X get Y free.  And then stock up.  These things keep forever so  I really buy a lot when I see them on sale like this.  Huge savings over time.  Just have to have a place to store them.
