 bouncing lol

I made French Onion Soup yesterday, and it came out wonderful!
I was at the NYC French bistro  "La Bonne Soupe" a few years ago and had this dish.  They have published a cookbook which I purchased.  I followed the recipe for that soup and it was identical to the original.  No secret recipes for them!  I will probably soon blog about it at my site, since food is always a hot subject.  I'm actually thinking of taking a quick ride to Manhattan tomorrow.  Maybe I'll stop there...Also, I was in Greenwich Village last week and stopped at the Magnolia Bakery for a vanilla coconut cupcake.  Delicious (expensive!).  But I also have and have made that recipe.  Again, the cupcakes are identical to the original.  Aren't New York restaurant owners very generous with their recipes?

Sure, Jen.  The recipe is from "la Bonne Soupe" cookbook.
In the next couple of days I will put up a blog about it on my website, MaraWriter.com, and include the recipe.  I have to type it up. Yes, I'm a foodie and write about a lot of goodies!

I typed up the recipe for French Onion Soup for all of you who wanted it.  I posted it on my website, www.MaraWriter.com, where I write my blog in both English and Italian.  Enjoy!
