con someone help me? i have gained about 20 lbs and that made me overweight and would like to lose that 20 lbs so i can feel better. i am a very picky eater and cant get much exercise because i have an inflamation on the bottom of my foot and i have a bursa on my hip so i am limited to what i can to as far as exercise goes. so if anyone has any suggestions i am all for it! PLEASE HELP!!!!
I agree with Jen. I love Weight Watchers and it is working for me, but it's not free. Sparkpeople is free and gives you a good starting point if you haven't tried anything yet. Good luck!
