I've done 4 days at level 2 now, and while it's getting a little easier, it is by no means easy, and I'm not going full out at all yet.  So yes, plenty of room for challenge!!

I've done 28 workouts - 2 more and I'm done!  My plan is to do it again but alternate it with Wii EASA workouts, for a little more variety.

I finished this morning - woo hoo!!!!!    yippee It was a great workout.  Now I'm going to work it in along with my Wii EASA workouts, for a little more variety.
