I'm a social worker.

My biggest pet peeves are when people try to tell me what my job is.

When people expect me to be a freakin' magician and "fix" years of dysfunction.

When I get blamed for lack of resources and money.

I don't like the feast/famine cycle of work.  I've got too much or nothing; never in between.

I don't mean for this to sound 'boastful'... but I work from home. So I pretty much enjoy every second of it. I wake up excited about getting to work! smile I decide when I work, how long I work, what I do, when I get a raise and when I can have a day off. I searched for quite a long time to find something I could do from home, and I'm blessed to have finally found it!

The pay. A susbstitute only gets paid $55 per day. That is one of the reasons why I have my own business now too.
