I tried this for the first time ever this evening.  I don't like mushrooms, but I've heard so many positive things about portobellos that I figured it was time to give them a try.  I found a recipe for roasted portobellos topped with bread crumbs, salt, pepper and Parmesan, and they were alright.  I think I could learn to like them and am going to try them again in another way.  Will keep searching for new recipes!

I love mushrooms, but rarely buy them because DH hates them.  This is a treat I usually get when we eat out.
