Has anyone tried these before?  I am going to see if any of our local stores carry them - I am very curious to try them!

Tofu/shirataki noodles

8 oz package, 2 servings, 20 calories per serving!  An intriguing alternative to regular pasta.

I have.   They are hard to find though.  At least near me.  I only had luck at one health food store.   I used to make them with plain tomato sauce and a little parmesan cheese.

I still haven't found any locally but I have one or two other places in mind to check.

There's not one close to me, but I think I heard someone mention in the past that Whole Foods carries them?

When I purchased them, it was at a health food/grocery place. I also know you can order them online.

I found them today at a Japanese market in town!  Trying them out tonight - will report back, ha ha ha....

OK, not bad!  I rinsed them thoroughly, then microwaved for 1 minute, then dried well.  Served them with the sauce I was making and we all seemed to think it was fine!  I don't know that I'd always go this route, but I think it's a nice alternative to rgeular pasta and gives an extra protein boost, too.
