My DH has been furloughed 2 days per month.  He's got a side job as a freelance writer, so he's working extra hard to get more articles picked up to make up for the lost salary.  He had a job interview yesterday for a new full-time job.  Cross your fingers for him!

Aawwwhhh, thanks for asking!  It's going great.  DH is now making more money at the new job than he was at the job where he was furloughed.  AND his schedule is better and he likes the people more.   yippee
