Hi, I am trying to start a blog. I have tried several times but I keep getting the message:   

The webpage cannot be found
 HTTP 404 
   Most likely causes:
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.

I know that several other people have had this problem but I have tried the links included with no success.

Please help!  Thanks!

I'll see what I can find out - some people have started new blogs lately and others can't.  Strange...
