I want to start a new daily check-in where anyone - new members and old! - can come post what they want to track each day and share any goals they're striving for as well.
Me:
I am going to check-in with myself on daily exercise (how much or what kind), glasses of water and something I'm grateful for.
Each FRIDAY, we can post our successes for the week, whether they're health related, spiritual, job, family, friends, whatever!!
I hope this will encourage all of us to be mindful of what's important to us, and I also hope it will create a place to give and receive support!!
