Welcome to DivaTribe

A diva accepts herself as she is right now and strives to be even better.
She doesn't change who she is to fit someone else's idea of what she ought to be.
She reaches for her own ideal sense of whom she wants to be.

my family has become really mean~ since last year i have been called a guy. i have totally lost my identity. they keep on coming up to me and shout 'cut your hair and wear trousers and stop wearing pink' i have become very nervous and always catch fever~
i have made certain they are not playing any game on me because i have cried a few times.
i am worried when they will give me back my identity and i feel painful and lonely~

can some nice women give me some warmth and call me a girl because i have collapse now. i need some support.

don't worry, girl, thinks will be ok.
Your identity is who you are, and, no one can take it away from you unless you let them!

Your identity is not defined by your external appearance ever.

There is no such thing as truth, but only perception.  Why on earth would you allow someone else to define YOUR reality?

I was mistaken for a boy quite often until I was about 16/17.  I was chubby and my parents were poor so I wore my older brother's hand-me-down clothing often in addition to having really short hair because my mother was a bit older when she had us and just wasn't into the whole "girly girl" thing.

Ironically I grew to be a fitness/swimwear model.   queen
