Welcome to DivaTribe

A diva accepts herself as she is right now and strives to be even better.
She doesn't change who she is to fit someone else's idea of what she ought to be.
She reaches for her own ideal sense of whom she wants to be.
She's strong; she's courageous; she's creative.

Easy Turkey-Tortilla Roll-Ups

3    LowCarb/Fat Flour Tortillas
3 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Light Cream Cheese Spread
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Shaved Smoked Turkey Breast
3/4 cup shredded lettuce

SPREAD tortillas with cream cheese spread; cover with turkey.
PLACE lettuce on bottom halves of tortillas; roll up.
CUT each roll-up into 4 slices to serve.

I got this recipe from creamcheese.com. They take less than 5 minutes to make up and can make for a quick and light lunch. smile

That sounds really good!

Here is a similar recipe I like:

Mix canned chicken, cream cheese & any desired seasonings
Spread on to tortillas
Place lettuce & tomatoes on tortilla & roll

I make the spread ahead of time & keep it in the fridge, so the boys can make a quick after school snack!

allinyc, are you restricted from eating cold cuts for the time being?

Yea, quick recipes like this are great for our busy schedules. Has anyone ever tried the Light Philadelphia cream cheese before?

I guess in moderation, it's okay..........cold cuts are one thing my doctor told me to stay away from during pregnancy though.
