This might be a really dumb question, but I have been out of the IT field for so long now I think I have lost the basics.

Right now I am posting on my Mac - which I mainly use. Next week, when DS starts HS, he will be given a macbook for 2 years. So, we have set up the PC we had to take away from him in our room now, as that will make it easier to manage our windows only based financial software at home.

Anyway, I just wondered if we have 2 Macs and 1 PC all sharing the same wireless network, do we all have the same IP address - or does each machine have a different IP address?
