What, if anything, do you take on a regular basis?  After being reminded at  my annual exam that I need to take calcium, I am back to taking that plus a few other things, mainly supplements to help with my migraines.  I also take a B-complex.

I take GNC Women's Ultra-Mega without Iron and Iodine. I am allergic to Iodine, and it is the only supplement I have seen without it. I tend to bruise really easily though, so I may have to add a separate Iron supplement in the winter when I can't eat as many leafy greens. I probably should take calcium too, because milk makes me sick, and really the only dairy I get is cheese.

It is interesting, if I forget to take it for a few days, I really feel like I have less energy and stamina.

For the last 6 months I've been on Vit D3 supplements because labs showed mine in the basement (we'll know if it helped in a few weeks, new labs due then, etc). I have a condition that can lead to malabsorption but with the exception of Vit D I manage to get most of what I need through a balanced diet.

I take vitamin C and an anti-inflammatory blend for my back but I have to be careful with multi vitamins.  I haven't found one yet that doesn't make me sick.  -- even when I take it with food.

I had that problem with every multi-vitamin I tried before I found GNC Women's Utra Mega without Iron & Iodine. I think the Iron made me sick.

Yes I completely agree, I am so tired of testing out vitamins to see how nauseous I will get.   Fish Oil was the worst, that taste coming back up is awful isn’t it?

Most vitamins contain one or more of these fillers, sugar, sodium, yeast and other artificial colors, etc.  I tried the most expensive brands too, still experiencing nausea.

Try Perricone, I take the skin and total body,  no fillers, no nausea because they coat the supplements and they digest in the lower intestine instead of the stomach.

My friends don't believe me, so I have been handing out the pre-packaged doses just so they can try before they buy.

Good luck and Stay healthy!
