First off, I have to admit that I am completely Politically Bi-Polar. There are things I like, and more things I hate about both parties. I used to be a registered Libertarian, but here in PA, that is pretty much nonexistent, so now I am registered Independent.

Anyway, I was channel surfing and stopped on the Glenn Beck show because Toby Keith was on. I really like his music, and hear a lot of political musings in his songs that I like. He said that while he is a Democrat, he is Conservative. He does not agree with having a Huge Govt. legislating morality, freedom, and Political correctness.

He said "When am thinking something, I don't think about it as left or right - I think about what is right or wrong"

It was interesting, because I got the idea that normally, these two men would have been batting heads of the whole Left-Right thing, but what they found was they actually agree on far more than the disagree.
