I got home from work today and had a very urgent sounding message from one of my old, dear friends that I just reconnected with at our other friends party a few weeks ago.

Her cousins daughter is a friend of my 14 yr old DS from school, at the party, she mentioned that to her 14 year old daughter.

Another of her Aunt's was at the party, and apparently took 2 entirely different conversations that she overheard, and twisted them in to one big rumor, about my friends niece, then called everyone in the family telling lies about this poor 14 yr old girl - and naming ME and DS as the source!!!! eek

I am so mad! She told all of these people that I said that the girl had sent naked pictures of herself to DS's cell phone, and that she posted naked pictures on her Myspace page - I NEVER said that!

About and hour after it had come up in conversation that DS and the niece are friends, we were having entirely different conversation, where the subject of young girls posting and sending inappropriate pictures around came up. I said that we had taken DS's cell phone after we found that "A Girl From School" had sent him naked pictures... I Never said the girls name - and I certainly did not imply that the the girl in the picture was the niece!

So, today, my friends Aunt and Grandmother called her freaking out that "her friend said..." Fortunately, everyone knows the Aunt who twisted everything is a nutcase - so my friend explained to everyone that neither DS or I ever said anything bad about the girl.

Of course, the poor girl was hysterical after being accused of something she did not do, and said that DS is her friend, she didn't know why he would make up a rumor about her. So, my friend called her and explained that No one said that, their Aunt is just crazy and likes to start trouble, etc.

Good Grief! What drama over nothing!

My friend feels so bad that her crazy Aunt dragged DS and I in to this. She apologized, and warned me that her Aunt is really mental and she might try to start some kind of rumor about DS now! I swear to God, if that crazy B**** says anything bad about DS to people, I will beat her A**!  hammer
