Has anyone else seen this show? They take a pregnant teenage couple, give them a baby, and the parents watch how they handle the infant, via nanny cams all over the house. 

On one hand that is probably an effective way to scare teenagers in to practicing safer sex... OTOH it would be much more effective before the teenagers actually got pregnant!

I don't know, it's sort of like a train wreck, but I can't help but watch!

  I caught the tail end of one episode and eeek!  Some of those teenagers were well-screened for the task, and well adjusted, but others, OMG I would not want them within 100 feet of an infant.  I believe they filmed in Idaho?
