Yikes!  we need a smilie that has officially keeled over
DD had 3 games yesterday, not quite back to back but close enough and she has 1 game today but not until 3:00. 

This tournament life is definitely a new experience for us.  Some parents literally camp out at the field all day long. 
We had a ton of fun but it was totally exhausting.  We started at the field yesterday at 7am and left at 6:30 pm. 

The girls did good.  They won 1 and lost 2 but there's a lot of room for improvement and they've only been playing together for a month or two.  Some of the teams have played together for a year or more.

DD did get a ball in the face and lost an amazing amount of blood.  (on her white jersey no less).  I spent most of the time between the first two games icing the blood off her uni so she could wear it for her next game.

then the coach put her in the wall for a goal kick the very next game - I think all the parents held their breath but she seems to have gotten over the face-ball.
