I have a DVD of Numb3rs in my Netflix queue - have any of you seen that before? I've never seen it and am wondering if I might be able to bring snippets of it into my classes for fun (and educational value too).
I Love that show! In every episode the mathematician explains the formula he is using in layman's terms, along with really good illustrations - I think that would carry over very well in to the classroom!
Currently, my TIVO is set to record:
The Riches
Samantha Who?
How I met your Mother
The Bad Girls Club
Lost
CSI
Fortunately, we can watch any of our favorite history channel shows on Free On Demand at any time, otherwise I would probably blow up the TIVO with overuse!
