Welcome to DivaTribe

A diva accepts herself as she is right now and strives to be even better.
She doesn't change who she is to fit someone else's idea of what she ought to be.
She reaches for her own ideal sense of whom she wants to be.
She's strong; she's courageous; she's creative.

Happy Valentine's Day - Hi,

Thanks to the ones who sent me nice comments welcoming me to the tribe. I am excited for being here. K, I tried to do this twice before with out luck. Hope the third is a charm.

Here is a brief Bio of me, Nash,  and I'm an extrovert and I can talk forever (lol)

I arrived to the United States, from the Middle East, in 1978. I was 18 years of age when I began attending my first year at Cooke County College in Gainesville, Texas.

A year later, I found myself at Oregon State University’s campus without a friend or a family member within thousands of miles.

Since then, I attained my undergraduate and graduate degrees, built a national and international portfolio of Construction and Facility Management experience, conducted Motivational and Training seminars for thousands, served and lead on the boards of several non-profit professional organizations, wrote and published several articles in local and national magazines and newsletters.

In October 2006, I resigned my careers to dedicate my time and energy toward completing and publishing a book titled "Diamonds in the Rough - The Youth of America."

It is a book of poems, addressing many of the Nightmares and Fears, Hopes and Dreams of many Young-Adults and Teens.
