I really want to get into shape this year so I promised myself for my New Years Resolution I would fit diet and exercise into my hectic schedule.  That's why I am really excited about going to see David Kirsch this Saturday (Feb. 2) in NYC.  David Kirsch is a celebrity fitness expert whose clients include Heidi Klum and Liv Tyler.  I follow some of his advice already, like taking ownership of my life and my mind being a tool for fitness, but I CANNOT wait to hear what else he has to say.  Anyway, the event is from 1-5 P at Macy's Roosevelt Field in NYC if anyone else is interested.  It should be really fun and full of great advice.  Good luck to everyone else also  trying to make themselves great in 2008!!
