I sell books on half.com also.....use to do it Amazon.com but after about 1 negative rating they actually starting threating to shut my account down so after a few emails, I just decided to stick with half.com. I've sold about 2 in the beginning of the semester and hopefully more soon.

selling on ebay and half is a great way to make some extra moolah and clean out the closets.

I try to keep an area in the basement where I store things I want to sell than I pick seasonal times to go at it... and just spend a whole week on that project.

Good Luck and Smart Savings!!

2 books sold already for about $15 profit!  big grin

Make that three books!  I've netted about $23.  Not making me rich, but it's better than nothing. Wink

A little money is better than no money, for sure!   big grin  Plus, like you said earlier, it's kinda recycling, too.

I have only sold one other book, but I'll leave them listed for another month or so.  After that, I may just take them down to friends of the library or something.

I've done this too! I sold on Amazon. Amazon isnt the best though, they charge a specific amount for shipping but sometimes they dont charge enough so I get stuck paying to ship!!!  hammer

I recently took most of my listings down.  I decided to leave up just those books that make it worth my time to make the run to the post office, etc.

That's what I did, too.  I have some other ones to post, but if they don't sell within 6 weeks they're getting donated.  smile  Either way, they'll have a new home.
