DD and I bought stuff today to do some melt-and-pour soaps for gifts.  She picked out a couple of sets of molds, two fragrances, three colors and even some sparkles. smile  We got some clear glycerin soap and some white soap, for variety.  Should be fun, although I'm not sure when we'll make them.

I went to Joann's - a place like Michael's would also have it.  Any of the big craft stores would carry it, or you could order supplies online.  I used to know of a great soap-making supply site - it i remember it I'll post it.

So far so good!  We've 20 bars in various shapes, colors and scents, and I think we have enough to make about 20 more.  They all have lots of glitter in them, too. big grin

When making soap, can you make soap that resembles the pricey soaps you can find in boutiques?  I love the look of the little French soaps I see everywhere and think they would make fabulous gifts for housewarming parties and whatnot.
