One of the most valuable concepts presented in this book was \"Me, Inc.\" - to treat your own self as a business. Despite my desire to resist this concept, once it was in my head I found myself thinking about it a lot. I\'ve begun to treat some of my personal issues with the same approach a project manager would take to resolve issues for a client, and it works quite well.
