I realized something while I was walking today. The earlier I get out and exercise, the better off I am because it puts to rest the nagging/guilty thought in my head that keeps saying, \"You still need to go walk today!\" The earlier I get out there, the less I hear that voice. I actually feel better physically
and mentally on the days I\'ve gotten some exercise. Imagine that.

I skipped two days in a row, and I realized that I really needed to get out and do something, or else this fragile new habit of mine was in serious jeopardy.
Only three more walks to go to meet my goal for the month.
