We have been planning a February black tie wedding for my brother and his fiance. Then they would be moving to California so she could teach in Santa Cruz...

Then she started feeling sick again. She had a scan Thursday, and the cancer is back. I cannot believe it! The Dr. says they cant do another surgery, it is too risky... The cancer is so aggressive chemo alone wont do it...

Now, they are getting married in 2 weeks at my parents house. It is horrible to even think, but she may not live until February.

She is only 27 Years old!!! This is so horrible!!! It is so unfair!!! She was doing so great - after cutting edge cancer treatment at the NIH - everyone thought she beat it!   I want to scream.

I dont know how my brother is going to get through this. He loves her so much, he took care of her through chemo and surgery, and they were planning thier life together... Now only 3 months after the Dr\'s said she would recover, that they got all the cancer, they are saying they can\'t do anything!
