I took her to urgent care last night because she is just not bouncing back and they are 99% sure she has mono but goes in for her test today
Poor, poor baby.  It's not anything you can really do anything for except rest but she might have to be out of school for a while and I know that is just going to crush her.

We go in today at 11:30 for her tests so please keep us in your thoughts.  I know things could be a lot worse but I just feel so heartbroken for her - it's so tough for an 8 year old to be so lethargic and not be able to play and do her normal activities. 

Poor baby! Mono is the worst! Stock up on lots of fluids and good books she can cuddle up and read. How long will she have to be out of school?
