Today is my last day in the office; my new adventure starts on Monday.  I am really glad I made the decision to make this change, but I am more emotional about it than I expected.  I didn\'t realize how much this envirnoment has been affecting my overall life; and I am focused on making different choices as a manager this time around.  I have so appreciated being able to come to DT and post about things; what a release it has been!!  I won\'t be posting during the day anymore, but I will after work and on weekends.   thumbs up

I am going to LOVE this new job!!   yippee   It\'s mentally challenging, it requires that I use my education and also learn new things, and I am being given the tools to succeed.  What a difference from the last 2 years!  It\'s not without it\'s challenges; there are some big areas of concern for the business; but I am energized and excited to work hard and find solutions.  I had forgotten what this feels like!!   diva
