Can anyone recommend a really good sports bra?

The ones I have are not working out real well for me - the one is spandex pull over, racer back, which is much more supportive, than the cotton one, but it puts too much pressure on my shoulders... I am not huge, I wear a C, but they seem to be very heavy after 2 kids!

Wish I could help you out but I have no idea.  Maybe try a few on and see how they feel?

I prefer the tanks with the built-in bra to sports bras (depending on your level of activity, of course) and I usually find them at Fashion Bug or Lane Bryant.

Champion has lots of different styles to choose from.  If I remember correctly, their website has an option where you describe yourself/your activity and they help guide you to the right bra.  They also rate each bra for an intensity level, so depending on your activity (say, running vs. yoga) you can find something that is designed to give you good support.
