ok... so over the years my mother and i have grown apart. we used to do a lot of fun things together but things have changed. i want to try working on repairing our relationship before it's too late. i just don't know what to do? we seem to have grown into 2 opposite people and don't really share the same interests besides dance (she got me into it) but i think she thinks she is a little too old to start up again. suggestions anyone?

I doubly agree family relationships are so important. I hope everything works out for you. Whatever you do I'm sure some much needed quality time willl be at least part of the solution.
