Hello,

I am new here.  I joined because I really want to get in shape.  I've never really been in shape before in my life and I am not sure where to begin.  I don't care too much about losing weight, I just want to be healthy, feel great, and be strong.

What kinds of things do you like to do that are active and would be fun for you in your quest to be more fit and healthy?  Do you like being outdoors, or taking classes, or working by yourself?     Maybe if you tell us a little bit more we can help you come up with some options that might work.
