Do you make to-do lists?  And do they help?

Lately, I\'ve been trying to prioritize things that need to get done and then make myself stick to those things, so that I avoid procrastination and the guilty feelings that come with it when I didn\'t get done the things that needed to get done.  I\'ve been trying to write down not just things that are urgent or have to be done by a certain time, but also things that need to be done but are easy to put off.

I find it\'s been helpful this week in particular, for some reason.

Lists are helpful I hear. I never seem to make it out of the house with my \"To Do\" list. Can\'t ever find the dumb things....

LOL  Do I make them?  I\'m obsessed with them!  I don\'t know how I would survive without post-its and notepads.  I even have a virtual post-it program on my pc as an extra reminder, along with emailing myself reminders.  And yes, they help a lot.  I picked up the habit from my mother, who always had to have lists when I was growing up.  She couldn\'t function if we left the house without a list!  I am extremely forgetful, so I need lists and reminders.   I shutter to think of how many post-it pads I go through in a year.

Me too - my BF hates it when I pay more attention to my planner book than to him.   bouncing lol
