My goals for this week (6/25-7/1):
Do 20-25 crunches every day
Use my dumbells at least three times during the week
Go for at least one 20 minute walk
Drink 8 glasses of water every day
Sunday - met goals 1, 2, 4
Monday - met goals 1, 2, 4
Tuesday - met goal 4
Wednesday - met goals 3, 4
So now it's Thursday - need to get to goals 1 and 2 today...
