I just saw it too.  I have a hard time watching war movies just because of my personal feelings on war and especially the wars I have been alive for.  

What I did like about the movie is that I felt like it was a pretty real account of what went on during the non-war parts.  The waiting around, the heat, the conversations, etc.  And that fact that they were so bored at times that they were just \'itching\' to get into the war, fire their guns, kill people.
