Welcome to DivaTribe

A diva accepts herself as she is right now and strives to be even better.
She doesn't change who she is to fit someone else's idea of what she ought to be.
She reaches for her own ideal sense of whom she wants to be.
She's strong; she's courageous; she's creative.

Watching my daughter swing today, it occured to me how wonderfully present she is in just about everything she does.  She doesn\'t sit and think about things that happened in the past or things that might happen in the future, for the most part.  She just is.  She enjoys the moment.

There is a lesson to be learned from a six-year-old.  queen

I was thinking about this just the other day.  My mind was racing ahead to this might happen, or that might happen, instead of just being present to watch was WHAT going to happen unfold.

It is an interesting process to try and observe from outside of one\'s self.

I heard an oldtimer say that the real basis of spirituality is simply being HERE. NOW.  You know, like washing dishes, you would be smnelling the dishsoap, feeling the water and dishes, etc....instead of thinking THINKING THINKING....
I help quiet the voices in my head by reminding them \"If I coulda and I shoulda, then I woulda\".
