This is near and dear to me right now because we are doing work in our kitchen and wanting to do some other things, but I am having to face writing checks and deciding how low the liquid savings can get before I'm going to start losing sleep at night! Title: Re: Money in Savings Post by: allinyc on April 05, 2008, 05:20:43 PM We're pretty lucky because right now, DH can pay for the mortgage himself, so my $$$ can be devoted to a lot of stuff for around the house. I still like to save a good portion of my $$ though "just in case".

 (<-- me getting some sleep because there isn't much more I can do about it) BF, on the other hand, is totally freaked out by having next to nothing in savings.
